II. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Tick Hosting, concerning your access to and use of the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Service.

III. Hosting Services

A. Payment and Wallet

Tick Hosting offers a wallet system where users can deposit funds to purchase premium services. Services are not automatically renewed and must be manually renewed when they expire. The only payment method currently available is PayPal.

Tick Hosting will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the unauthorized use of a user's account. Users must immediately notify Tick Hosting of any unauthorized use or breach of their account information.

D. Server Access

Tick Hosting reserves the right to access client servers at any time for the purpose of resolving technical issues, performing maintenance, or ensuring server security. In such cases, Tick Hosting will make every effort to minimize disruption to the client's service. By using our services, clients agree to allow Tick Hosting to access their servers for these purposes.

IV. User Conduct

As a user of Tick Hosting's services, you agree to use them in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as the terms of this agreement. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to us. If you believe that your content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;

Tick Hosting reserves the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion. In appropriate circumstances, Tick Hosting will also terminate a user's account if the user is determined to be a repeat infringer.

X. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tick Hosting and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the hosting services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

XI. Changes and Amendments

Tick Hosting reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our hosting services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
